Brian Lowe, Managing Partner, helped lead Burlington, Vermont through the COVID-19 pandemic as the City's Response Leader, served separately as the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief of Staff to the Mayor, and was Executive Director of the Vermont Council on Rural Development. He has deep expertise in municipal operations, community and economic development, housing policy, and AI integration. Brian has overseen complex implementation efforts, secured major federal grants, led performance management, data innovation, and civic engagement initiatives, and managed statewide organizational efforts.

Beth Anderson, Managing Partner, served as President & CEO of VITL, Vermont's health information exchange, and as Burlington's Chief Administrative Officer, where she created a $200M budget and supported a fiscal turnaround that resulted in two credit rating upgrades. Previously, she held roles at Goldman Sachs, Oliver Wyman, and Vermont Oxford Network. Beth brings expertise in strategic planning, financial restructuring, operations, and organizational transformation across for-profit, healthcare, finance, government, and nonprofit sectors.
