Working With Us
At Assembly Theory, we bring together real-world leadership experience, strategic insight, and practical innovation to help mission-driven organizations adapt, grow, and thrive in complex environments.
We’ve led from inside organizations and have served as trusted advisors to them, which means we understand both perspectives. We don’t just deliver plans or reports. We work alongside you to clarify goals, explore possibilities, and design and test solutions, and also build the organizational capacity to sustain them
Our Approach
Our team’s experience spans corporate and non-profit boardrooms, federal agencies, City Hall, the U.S. military, and direct-service organizations. This range of experiences gives us a rare perspective on strategy, leadership, and organizational transformation across sectors.

She brings vision and practical insight that help leaders translate strategy into action and action into meaningful change.
Together, these experiences shape how Assembly Theory operates:
Listen first – We start by understanding your mission, challenges, and goals.
Communicate clearly – Every step is grounded in transparency, clarity, and trust.
Collaborate creatively – We partner with your team to design and deliver solutions that strengthen your organization and its relationships.
Tools & Innovation
We draw on a broad set of tools — from strategic planning frameworks and organizational design to leadership development, policy advocacy, and technology integration, always tailored to the unique needs and context of each client. We view innovation as something bigger than technology. It’s about finding better ways to work, build trust, and deliver impact. New tools, including AI, can be powerful when used thoughtfully — not as ends in themselves, but as enablers of insight, creativity, and connection.
For us, the opportunity represented by new technologies isn’t simply efficiency. It’s the potential to unlock new ideas, strengthen teams, and advance the organization’s mission. Capturing that opportunity requires trust, human connection, and respect for existing processes — values that guide our work.
Our Commitment
When you work with Assembly Theory, you get partners committed to supporting you and your organization and to not just solving the problem but building capacity. We leave your organization stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to lead into the future.
